1) Overview

ProfitLens is a browser extension and related web services that provide product research and analytics tools. By using ProfitLens, you agree to these Terms.

2) Accounts & access

• You are responsible for keeping access to your browser/account secure.
• Paid features unlock automatically after successful payment — no license keys required.

3) Subscriptions & billing

• Elite is a paid subscription offered as monthly or annual billing (as shown on the Pricing page).
• You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
• Prices may change in the future. Any changes will be reflected on the Pricing page and/or communicated in advance for active subscribers when required.

4) Refunds

Our refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. In case of conflict, the Refund Policy controls for refund-related issues.

5) Acceptable use

• Do not abuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute ProfitLens without permission.
• Do not use ProfitLens for illegal purposes.

6) Data & accuracy

ProfitLens may show estimates and modeled values. We do not guarantee accuracy or business outcomes. You are responsible for your decisions.

7) Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe. Etsy and other platforms are third-party services not owned by ProfitLens.

8) Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitLens will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
