ProfitLens is an independent browser extension and related web services that provide seller-focused seller support and calculation tools. By using ProfitLens, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility. ProfitLens is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Electronic communications. By using ProfitLens, you agree that we may contact you electronically (for example, by email) regarding your account, receipts, security, and service updates.
Our refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. In case of conflict, the Refund Policy controls for refund-related issues.
Suspension / termination. We may suspend or terminate access to ProfitLens if we reasonably believe you are abusing the service, violating these Terms, or creating a security risk.
ProfitLens may display modeled estimates, projections, calculated metrics, and other derived values. These figures are not official data from Etsy and may not reflect actual sales, revenue, conversion rates, or performance.
All analytics provided by ProfitLens are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or business outcomes. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Etsy and other platforms referenced within the service are third-party services not owned or operated by ProfitLens.
The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. ProfitLens is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Etsy, Inc.
Where applicable, ProfitLens may use the official Etsy API in accordance with Etsy’s developer terms. ProfitLens does not claim to be an official Etsy product.
ProfitLens provides seller-focused insights based on user-initiated actions and available data. The service does not guarantee continuous access to any third-party platform and may modify features if required by third-party platform policies or technical changes.
We do not guarantee availability of third-party APIs and are not responsible for limitations, rate limits, suspensions, or changes imposed by third-party platforms.
Platform interaction. ProfitLens is designed to provide seller-focused insights based on user-initiated interactions. Where available, we intend to rely on official APIs and permitted access methods. Certain features may process information that is visible to the user within their own browser session in order to generate calculated insights. ProfitLens does not provide automated bulk data extraction services or marketplace-wide data exports.
The service is not intended to replicate Etsy’s core marketplace functionality or replace Etsy search, checkout, or internal analytics systems.
ProfitLens operates only on user-initiated actions and processes data that is visible within the user's own browser session.
The service does not perform automated data collection, background requests, bulk extraction, or marketplace-wide data analysis.
ProfitLens does not store or aggregate Etsy listing data beyond what is necessary to perform a single user-requested calculation.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitLens will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
ProfitLens is an independent analytics tool created for sellers. The term “Etsy” and related marks are trademarks of Etsy, Inc. Any reference to Etsy is solely for identification purposes.
Required Etsy notice: "The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy."
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by updating the date above and posting the updated Terms). Continued use of ProfitLens after the update means you accept the updated Terms.
